How far can I control bluetooth bulbs from my phone?
Normally,the range is 18-30 meters without obstructions.when you control bulbs through obstructions,the bluetooth signal will be not that strong,then it will be effect to the control range.
How many bulbs can I control at same time?
You can control bluetooth bulbs from App maximum 5pcs at same time,You can also set many Groups like Room1,Room2....Room7....,You can add to each Group maximum 5pcs bluetooth bulbs,you can control these group together or seperately.
Why the time function do not work?
The time function will not work if you power off the bulb by physically way (not from APP ), Such as you turn off the bulb electricity switch or electricity failure..Please reset!
How can I do if connecting the bulb or adding new device failed?
please repower on the bulb by physically way(turn off the bulb by electricity,then power on bulb.then refresh and try again).
